- (1) The rights and obligations of the partnership are established by mutual recognition of the partners. Such acknowledgment may be written by mutual conduct or also in writing. (2) If there is an acknowledgment of partnership, as written in the acknowledgment and if not, the articles from Sections 13 to 26 of this Act should be applied to the partnership.
